Do I need to create a new account?

All of your old account information is the same. All of your addresses, order information, and payment information is available to you. Sign in now to access your account.

What else has changed that I should know about?

A few things have changed recently, designed to streamline your order experience and get your supplies to you as quickly as possible. While we no longer have a traditional walk-in business, we have a pick-up counter available for all in-stock products ordered online before 2pm. We no longer service through a retail location, but you can still order your supplies online and request free pick-up at our new location in Maplewood. We also have FREE DELIVERY for all orders in the St. Louis metropolitan area, regardless of the amount.

What is your new address?

Our new address is 10 Sunnen Drive, Suite 100 Maplewood, MO 63143.

How do I get local pick-up?

If you are in the local St. Louis metropolitan area, during online checkout, you can choose the "Pick-Up in Store" option. Local pick-up orders placed before 2pm for in-stock products will be ready for you in 2 hours at our new location: 10 Sunnen Drive, Maplewood, MO 63143.

Can I still come to your store and shop?

We no longer have a traditional walk-in store, however, we still have a pick-up counter. Our new address is 10 Sunnen Drive, Maplewood, MO 63143. For customers in the St. Louis area, you can still place your order online or over the phone. We'll have it ready for pick-up in 2 hours at our service counter or deliever it to you for free. Local orders for in-stock products placed before 2pm will usually ship the same day and arrive the following day.

Why the name change?

We're the same company; when you call, you'll still be greeted by the same service staff you've always known. Our new brand better represents our growth now and into the future.
