Returns & Exchanges Summary
- Eligible returns can be sent within 30 days after contacting customer service for approval.
- Many products are personal care items with hygienic and safety factors; as such, these items are not eligible for return.
- Return eligibility is based on product, usage, and purchase date. To know if your product can be returned, please contact us.
- Orders submitted to insurance cannot be returned, even within the 30 day period. Once submitted to insurance, we cannot stop or reverse the claims process.
