We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we offer a 30 day return policy on some merchandise.
- Products purchased within the last 30 days.
- Products that are unopened in their package.
- Defective products that have not been opened, worn, or used may be exchanged. (See Personal Care Items Below)
- Products past 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
- Personal Care items worn against the body, used for feeding purposes, etc. If you have a personal care product that you have used and found to be defective, see our brand directory and contact the
manufacturer's quality control department for assistance.
- Special Order items labelled as Special Order are non-refundable. Some exceptions may be made for unused, unopened items but may also be subject to a restocking fee.
Step 1 - Contact Customer Care for a return authorization. This is required for us to process your return. We can be reached Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm CST at 1-800-950-6020 or customercare@nextrahealth.com.
Step 2 - Once approved, return the products to us. You will send your package to:
